As a conference or meeting venue, Jesus College offers a memorable location and modern facilities. As well as an historic setting, the college is a diverse and flexible venue that is suitable for many occasions.

A conference centre

The opportunities to host a conference at Jesus College are numerous. The Upper Hall, for example, has been the centre of college life since its founding in 1496 and can accommodate up to 80 guests. The Coleridge Room offers full conference facilities for up to 60 guests including internet connection points and an integral PA system. Out of term time conference organisers are also able to book accommodation on behalf of delegates or we can reserve rooms that delegates are able to book and pay for themselves using a promotional code.

A meeting venue

Alongside conference centre facilities, Jesus College offers a number of rooms for boardroom style meetings and seminars. The historic Prioress’s Room, for example, with its oak panelled walls and open fireplace, provides a unique atmosphere for up to 40 guests. The Pavilion Room is a thatched and listed building in the College grounds that similarly offers a memorable setting for up to 40 guests. The oak-beamed Alcock Room is in a part of the earliest College buildings and is a beautifully presented seminar and meeting venue for up to 16 guests.
